CARCON 2024 - 12th Annual National Conference of Consortium Against Rabies

CARCON 2024 was hosted by Prof Rajiv Gupta, Head of Dept, Community Medicine, Govt Medical College, Jammu on 28th and 29th Sep 2024. More than 200 delegates from all over India participated in the conference. The AT Kannan and Omesh Bharti Oration was awarded to Dr G Sampath. One health approach was the highlight of the conference. Various scientific sessions, panel discussions, and paper presentations were the highlight of the conference. Dr Rajnish (President, C.A.R.), Dr Anurag Agrawal (Gen Secretary, C.A.R), Dr Khan Amir Maroof (Secretary, C.A.R.) represented Consortium Against Rabies along with other key members of the organization.

CARCON 2013 - New Delhi 20th April 2013 - A huge success

The department of Community Medicine, UCMS and GTB Hospital, University of Delhi,organized the 3rd National Conference of Consortium Against Rabies in association with Consortium Against Rabies on 20th April 2013. It was attended by more than 200 delegates from all over India and there were presentations by experienced researchers in the field of Rabies. The speakers were from prime institutes like National Centers for Disease Control, Public Health Foundation of India and other academic institutes like AIIMS, Rishikesh, UCMS, Delhi. The Director of Health Services, Govt of NCT of Delhi inaugurated the conference. The conference was a huge success.
